FORTUNA GAME a.s. becomes FORTUNA GAME k.s.

With effect from 1 January 2027 FORTUNA GAME a.s. intends to transform its legal form to a limited partnership. The company will remain the same and will operate under the new trade name FORTUNA GAME k.s. and with Fortuna Entertainment Group a.s. as its general partner. Transformation is explained in the separate notification to creditors, employees and shareholders prepared in compliance with the Transformation Act which is being attached herein.
